Naomi worked closely with the Collections Team and Museum Staff to understand the requirements for protecting this significant collection whilst the roof works were underway. 3d Scaffolding were appointed to design and install this protection in order to protect the collection from the risk of damage and to enable improvements to be made to the programme.
These works were completed in April 2023.
Station Hall is a fabulous Grade II Listed Goods Shed, which is now home to a Nationally Significant collection of Royal Carriages and Rail vehicles. As well as the roof works, the project includes a significant amount of MEP and Conservation Repair Works. Naomi worked closely with the internal and external stakeholders, along with managing the Design Team led by Buttress.
Naomi developed this project from RIBA 3 through to the beginning of RIBA 5. This project will be delivered by others on site.
Conservation Repair works to the castle walls and Victorian prison whilst creating a new gallery for the Lincoln Magna Carta and new visitor facilities.
Naomi joined the team post tender to manage the Contractors and Design Team through the construction phase. This challenging project was funded by the National Lottery Heritage Fund and partners. It was successfully completed on time and to budget with the new Gallery to showcase and protect the Magna Carta for the future.
The Timber Dock building is in the heart of the museum. Built in the 1930's, it is curtilage to the Grade II Station Hall. The project involved extensive stakeholder management within the Museum, whilst working with the Design Team and Contractor to install significant amounts of steelwork to take the new roof on this lovely historic building.
Naomi developed this project from the end of RIBA 2 through to completion on site in May 2023.
Naomi managed the Conservation Repair works for English Heritage, whilst also managing the pilot of a Conservation in Action programme of works, with the curatorial, education and front of house teams.
The Grade I listed building contains fine art, precious fabrics and wallpapers and remained open to the public during the works. This was completed on time and to budget in late 2017.

Whilst at the Science Museum Group, Naomi managed this conservation project from inception at RIBA 1 through to the beginning of RIBA 5. This project had a rapid programme, due to the need to get it watertight within the funding regime and it involved extensive stakeholder engagement. Naomi left the Group in early 2021 and handed this project over to a new Project Manager, who successfully delivered it in early 2022.

Working with the Hadrian Wall and Interpretation team, Naomi managed the redevelopment of the site from RIBA 0 through to early RIBA 5 and the start on site. An intensive project with a number of different workstreams and stakeholders it was critical to meet expectations within a tight timeframe to enable an improved commercial offer. Naomi left EH in early 2018 and this was delivered successfully on site by others.
